Our orphans are local children who do not have anyone to care for them. Some of these children have serious medical conditions, and we need your help to change their lives.

Friendship Tree Orphanage Bulgaria is part of the Friendship Tree International NGO. Friendship Tree International NGO has humanitarian projects in Bulgaria, Russia, and Romania.
Our international volunteers help us year-round at Friendship Tree. We are located 15 miles outside of historic and picturesque Karlovo, and near the Stryama River and Balkan Mountains.
